T.J. Lueddeke, President
Central Access
T.J. Lueddeke is the President of Central Access, the industrial rope access division of Central Construction. With more than a decade of diverse experience in rope access projects — ranging from bridge inspections and rock scaling to oil rig maintenance, and NFL stadium construction — T.J. brings extensive expertise to his role. Today, his focus is solely on providing the most comprehensive assessments of commercial and residential building exteriors and parapets throughout the greater New York Metro area.
T.J. is particularly recognized for his proficiency with FISP inspections, where his keen eye for identifying required maintenance and emergency repairs enables building owners and exterior contractors to resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Adding to a solid history of excellent performance on a broad body of work, T.J. holds the industry’s highest professional certifications, comprising Level 3 IRATA and SPRAT.
When not helping to keep New York City buildings safer, T.J. enjoys kayaking, hiking, and biking by the beach. A devoted Yankees fan, he also brings his competitive instincts to a local volleyball team with a longtime group of close friends.

- FISP (Façade Inspection Safety Program).
- Permits and CD5 filings completed in-house.

As a division of Central Construction, any problems discovered during inspections may be resolved quickly using specifications from your engineers or architects, and our full-service parent company, Central Construction.
