Central Access completed a six-month façade restoration project at 140 Riverside Drive utilizing Industrial Rope Access NYC methods. The landmark residential building required window maintenance, waterproofing upgrades, and Local Law 11 compliance.

Façade System & Wall Assembly

Historic brick and stone masonry façade with punched window openings and perimeter sealant joints. Wall assembly includes masonry veneer, air and moisture barrier, insulation, and structural backup.
