Project Overview

Central Access performed high-rise façade repair using Industrial Rope Access NYC techniques at 35 West 45th Street in Midtown Manhattan. The commercial hospitality property required panel stabilization and FISP Inspection NYC compliance in accordance with Local Law 11 and NYC Department of Buildings standards.

Re-secured loose façade panels using riveted connections
Reinforced anchorage points within panelized cladding system
Performed close-up façade inspection via rope access
Provided documentation for FISP reporting
Façade System & Wall Assembly

Precast concrete and metal panel façade integrated with structural backup framing. Exterior wall assembly includes air and moisture barrier, insulation, and engineered connections.and a smart parking facility with 500 spaces, along with a 2-story retail podium for shopping and services.
