TJ Lueddeke

President

Biography

T.J. Lueddeke leads Central Access, the industrial rope access division of Central Construction, delivering specialized façade inspections and high-elevation building services throughout New York City.

With more than a decade in the rope access industry, T.J. has worked on some of the most challenging structures in the United States. His experience ranges from bridge inspections and rock scaling operations to offshore oil platforms and major stadium construction projects. This diverse background shaped his expertise in solving complex access challenges safely and efficiently.

Today, T.J. focuses on helping building owners, engineers, and property managers better understand the condition of their building exteriors through detailed façade inspections and FISP evaluations. His ability to identify potential hazards early allows teams to address issues quickly and plan repairs before they become larger problems.

Holding the industry’s highest certifications – IRATA Level III and SPRAT Level III – T.J. sets the standard for safety, professionalism, and technical leadership within Central Access.

Lead Level III Rope Access Supervisor

Biography

Kevin Lueddeke serves as the Lead Level III Supervisor at Central Access, overseeing industrial rope access inspections and exterior building work across New York City.

With more than eight years of rope access experience, Kevin has worked on projects ranging from wind turbines and oil and gas facilities to stadiums, bridges, and rockfall mitigation systems. This broad experience gives him a practical understanding of complex structures and the safest ways to access them.

Kevin holds SPRAT and IRATA certifications and is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), adding an extra level of safety awareness during high-elevation operations.

At Central Access, Kevin leads field teams performing FISP façade inspections, stabilization work, leak investigations, and exterior building maintenance. Known for his calm leadership and clear communication, he ensures every project is completed safely and efficiently.

Jorge L. Chimborazo

Level III Rope Access Supervisor

Biography

Jorge L. Chimborazo is a Level III Rope Access Supervisor whose career reflects determination, hard work, and a deep commitment to learning the construction industry from the ground up.

Originally from Ecuador, Jorge moved to the United States as a child and began building his career in construction shortly after finishing school. Starting as a job site helper, he spent years gaining hands-on experience in masonry, building materials, and exterior construction.

His path eventually led him to industrial rope access, where he discovered a new way to apply his construction knowledge on building exteriors. After completing specialized training and certifications, he began performing façade repairs, stabilization work, and inspections at elevation.

Today, Jorge supervises rope access crews performing FISP façade inspections, exterior maintenance, and make-safe work on buildings throughout New York City. His background in construction combined with technical rope access expertise makes him a valuable leader on complex façade projects.

Brian Morrissey

Operations Manager

Biography

Brian Morrissey oversees the day-to-day operations of Central Access, ensuring that every rope access inspection, stabilization project, and façade service across New York City runs smoothly and safely.

With more than 20 years of rope access experience, Brian has worked on a wide variety of complex structures across the United States. His career includes projects on major bridges throughout New York City, rock scaling work at Niagara Falls, and crane inspections during the construction of the World Trade Center.

Brian also brings extensive expertise in safety netting systems, including façade protection, fall protection, and debris containment solutions used during exterior repairs.

As Operations Manager, Brian coordinates project scheduling, supervises technicians, manages training programs, and oversees equipment logistics. Having worked with more than one hundred rope technicians throughout his career, he emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a culture where safety always comes first.

His leadership helps ensure that Central Access consistently delivers reliable industrial rope access services and façade inspections for commercial and residential buildings across the New York metropolitan area.
